Card Stock by Weight and Thickness
The terms "cardstock" and "cover paper" are interchangeable. You sometimes want a cardstock that easily folds and sometimes you want a beefy sheet that won't give way. A simple rule to follow for buying cardstock is that cardstock from 60 lb cover to 80 lb cover will fold easily. While more than 80 lb cover will still fold well it gets harder to get a clean fold with heavier cardstock.
