Free Shipping with orders of $199 and up

We are pleased to offer Free UPS Ground service shipping and common carrier shipping for your paper and envelopes within the contiguous United States and Canada when you place an order of $199 and greater (after discounts have been applied).

White Glove shipping up to 500 lbs

All orders up to 500 lbs can be delivered inside by our UPS delivery driver. This means you have no need for a loading dock or using your own lift truck for orders up to 500 lbs.

Some extra shipping charges may apply when special shipping conditions exist. We will contact you if extra charges are needed for your order. Nothing will be shipped and your credit card will not be charged without your prior approval. Examples of special shipping conditions are; inside delivery of more than 500 lbs. or refused shipments. Items returned to us that qualified for Free Shipping will not be refunded the cost of the Free Shipping and you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Partial returns that bring order amounts below the free shipping threshold will be charged the original shipping charges.

Important Canada shipping notice

Shipments to Canada will incur brokerage costs and duties imposed by the Canadian governments. These costs are not included in our free shipping offer and are the sole responsibility of our valued Canadian customers. Items not eligible for free shipping

Sorry but the following items are not eligible for our free shipping offer. When these items are part of a larger order the shipping associated with these specific items will be charged shipping costs and will not count towards the $199 threshold for free shipping on other items.

WorldWin Paper Racks are not eligible for Free Shipping on any order dollar amount.
