I just lost [$] to ThePaperMillStore while trying to source paper for future projects. I have an "80lb Cover Kraft" paper from [...] that is at least twice the weight of this paper. I had hoped that their less expensive paper would match, but unfortunately I found out (once again) that 80lb paper in America means nothing.[...]. Start using the European standard GSM for paper weight so a sheet is a sheet is a sheet. How the heck am I supposed to know from your description what size your ream was before you cut it?Very frustrating.

Merchant response: We contacted this customer and refunded 100% of his money because of the shipping damage reported. The paper is an 80 lb cover of standard weight. We don't know what this person is comparing our 80 lb cover to. Unfortunately we can't use the metric system here in N. America as suggested by this customer.
