After uploading an address list, we need to know which columns in your file match the columns in our standard format.
For each address column, use the drop down in the column header to select the address field that matches what is in the column
If you have any address columns that do not match one of the address fields in the drop down list, you can remove the column by right-clicking the column and select 'Remove Column'
When you're done mapping your address columns, click 'Save & Close' to save your addresses and return to the previous page where you can format and preview your addresses.

Manually add your addresses:
Use the form to the right to enter each address, one per line.
Upload an address file:
Upload your address list as an Excel or CSV file. You'll be able to map your fields to ours and save your addresses for this and future orders.
Reuse a previous address list:
Want to use an address list from a previous order? Log in and select it from your account.
Template for entering addresses:
Download our pre-formatted template to enter your address list into Excel on your own computer, then upload it when you're done.
You can choose the font, color, size, and justification for your addresses. Then step through each address to preview how it will look.
When you're all done, hit Save & Close. Your addresses will be added to your order and will be saved for future orders.
Drag your Excel or CSV file onto the orange area above, then click the Upload button. You can also click the orange area to browse for and select your file.
After your file is uploaded, you will be able to map your data fields to our standard format.

Your paper will be cut with state-of-the-art paper trimming equipment operated by paper industry professionals who understand the details of your design. Specify any size. Our online cutting designs are exact. Cutting usually takes 2 - 3 days, but let us know if you have a tighter schedule.
Whether you need return receipts, business cards or shelf-talkers, our online design is easy. Choose from 46 standard formats or order your custom dimensions on perpendicular edge-to-edge perforations. Perforating usually takes 3 - 4 days, but let us know if you have a tighter schedule.
Paper hole punching provides clean, crisp, circular holes for a variety of binding applications. Have us custom hole punch almost any paper available on The Paper Mill Store. Hole punching usually takes 2 - 3 days, but let us know if you have a tighter schedule.
Proper folding, without cracking, usually requires a nice crisp score to create a hinge for the paper to fold along. Have us custom score almost any paper available on the site. Scoring usually takes 2 - 3 days, but let us know if you have a tighter schedule.
