501c Non-Profits
We recognize the benefit of non-profit organizations and provide a special 5% discount to keep more of your money going towards your mission.
To qualify as a non-profit account:
- Be registered with the IRS as a non-profit
- Be listed on the IRS website and approved by our customer service department
Sign-up for an account, then call our customer service department to qualify for the 501c Discount. You'll receive 5% off every order you place through your account. Buy more and save more with additional Buyer Rewards discounts.
Reseller & Trade Customers
We work closely with resellers and trade customers and provide unmatched access to our huge paper and envelope inventory. We provide discounts levels that allow you to resell our products and provide high service levels to your customers.
To qualify as a Reseller & Trade account you must:
- Have a tax exempt reseller certificate
- Be approved by our customer service department
To register for a Reseller/Trade account, you will first need to sign up for an online account. Once your online account has been created, please email a copy of your reseller certificate or business license to cs@thepapermillstore.com.
Please allow us up to 1 hour from receipt of your information, within normal business hours, to set up your account. Once you have been approved, our Customer Service team will be in contact via email to confirm that the Reseller/Trade discount has been set up within your online account. You can then begin to utilize our inventory as your own, receiving an additional 10% discount on every order placed online through your account.
Military Discount
It's our privilege to provide you with a special 5% discount on all order shipping to APO addresses as a small gesture to show our support for our active military.
No need for special programs or coupon codes. This discount will be applied automatically during checkout when you choose one of the Armed Forces regions as your ship-to state.
Free Shipping with Orders of $179 and Up
We are pleased to offer Free UPS Ground service shipping and common carrier shipping for your paper and envelopes within the contiguous United States and Canada when you place an order of $179 and greater (after discounts have been applied).
